EOE for the Gyaldem is our female community of females aged 8-22 : making up the Effort Over Environment Foundation. This initiative creates safe spaces for young women to connect, develop leadership skills, and strengthen their resilience. Through meetups, workshops, and mental well-being sessions, the Gyaldem gain the confidence, support, and opportunities needed to thrive both on and off the pitch.

EOE for Schools provides tailored speaking engagements and workshops designed to inspire and educate minority and inner-city girls from Key Stage 2 to Sixth Form. Sessions cover career opportunities in football, resilience, leadership, and personal development. The initiative empowers students to build confidence, navigate challenges, and prepare for life after school

EOE for Businesses creates strategic partnerships with brands and organisations to drive inclusion for minority and inner-city girls aged 8-22 in football. Through sponsorships, consultancy, and meaningful collaborations, businesses gain the tools to foster lasting change within the industry.
