Our organisation highlights the diverse voices and experiences of minority girls and young women in football. We believe that by sharing their stories, we can inspire others and create a more inclusive and equitable football community. We also recognise the importance of highlighting intersectionality, as the experiences of minority girls and young women are often shaped by multiple identities.
Through media-driven storytelling, we amplify underrepresented voices and provide visibility to those striving to break through the grass ceiling. This includes:
YouTube Content – Engaging, insightful, and entertaining videos tailored to both young people aspiring to football careers and adults interested in industry knowledge.
Social Media & Digital Campaigns – Raising awareness, sparking conversations, and celebrating achievements within the football space.
By showcasing these stories, we aim to challenge stereotypes, shift perceptions, and inspire the next generation to see football as a space where they truly belong.

We engage with young people through events, workshops, football sessions, and other activities. These initiatives allow us to connect with young people and provide them with opportunities to learn and grow beyond football.
Through EOE for Schools and the EOE Foundation, we deliver career-focused speaking engagements and workshops in educational institutions. Our sessions aim to:
