OUR IMPACT
At Effort Over Environment, we are transforming the football industry by empowering minority and inner-city girls to break through barriers and achieve their full potential. Our impact is evident in the success stories of young women who, through our programmes, have gained the confidence, qualifications, and opportunities to pursue careers in football, both on and off the pitch.
Since launching with just 10 initial members in March 2023, Effort Over Environment has grown into a thriving community that actively supports and uplifts girls and young women from diverse backgrounds, creating pathways into football and beyond.
