Effort Over Environment successfully launched its first Community Football Session, bringing together 10 girls for a casual yet dynamic two-hour experience in East London. The session blended training, a match, and music, creating a fun and uplifting atmosphere where players could develop their skills while enjoying the game. With no pressure—just pure passion and effort—each girl had the chance to express herself on the pitch.
To wrap up the day, we provided refreshments, allowing everyone to refuel and connect after an exciting session. This was just the beginning of a movement dedicated to empowering the next generation of women in football.
