EOE ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION

We kicked off our three-part series with an inspiring roundtable discussion. This initiative, SEE, BELIEVE, ACHIEVE, marks the beginning of our mission to empower inner-city girls pursuing careers in football.
The afternoon opened with a powerful introduction from our founder, Esther Elias, who shared her seven-year journey in the sport. Her story of resilience and determination set the tone for an afternoon of meaningful conversations and bold aspirations.
Attendees then engaged in an open discussion, sharing personal experiences, challenges, and career ambitions within the football industry. This exchange highlighted both the barriers women face and the opportunities available to them in the sport.
Following a short refreshment break, we hosted Iftar for some of our attendees, fostering a space of unity, community, and inclusion.
The evening concluded with the exclusive launch of the EOE Foundation, a network designed to support, connect, and uplift young women striving to make their mark in football. Our attendees were the first to gain access, setting the stage for a future of collaboration and growth.
