MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

At Effort Over Environment, we’re big on being for young people, by young people. That’s why we’ve designed our mentorship program to connect mentees aged 14-16 with mentors less than 10 years older than them, ensuring relatability, shared experiences, and real-life guidance.
Over the next six weeks, mentees will take part in a tailored program designed to engage, inspire, and develop the next generation of coaches, players, and media professionals in football. Our sessions go beyond career insights—we focus on creating holistic individuals ready to break barriers and thrive in the industry.
