Founded by Esther Ope Elias at the age of 16, Effort Over Environment serves as a catalyst for diversification within the football industry.

We are driven by the desire to showcase, engage and inspire young women and girls aged 8 - 22 from diverse backgrounds to educate and create pathways to accessing the array of careers in the football industry.
